fits (i think) 99-01 maybe others
part number on ballast is- HLB351D12-4
Part number on ignitor is- HLC351D12-4
both made by Matsushita
used but in excellent shape- they look new
$75 shipped
or will trade for 04 TL OEM hid ballast and ignitor
