they are from a japanese company called Manaray. they are called the vector VR5 quest. These rims are polished. i will be doing the group buy for 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear. i don't have an exact price on them yet, however i am estimating about $1200 for the set of 4. (rims only)SHIPPED. i will need to sell 20 sets of these things for the groupbuy to happen. if i don't get 20 sets manaray will not allow the rims to be imported to the US. i realize i probably won't get 20 sets sold through here so i will try Other forums as well. the good side is that these 20 sets will probably be the ONLY 20 sets ever sold in the U.S.

these are the only rims i can get from them.

The problem is that i need to sell 20 sets total of EACH size to get the deal.
for ex:
if you want 18 X 9.5 then i need to sell 20 sets of em, if you want 18 x 8.5 then i need to sell 20 sets of those as well....

I have posted this on other numerous forums so i think i will be able to get the 20, if not more!!!

OK.....

the offsets are as follows

for the 18 X 8.5 it is a 45offset
and the 18 X 9.5 is also a 45 offset

these should work in almost all applications, but i would recommend calling like TIRERACK.com and seeing if this particular size will fot without a problem.

I know on my car i might need to roll the fenders but i want bigger rims so ill sacrafice!!!!

Wow, 20 sets of each size! I think that will be hard to do!
I'm interested as well. Love the deep dish look. 18x7.5 and 18x8.5 or 9 for my S2000.
I would also like to know the available offsets!

Just hope you don't bend the rim or something! Would have to goto Japan to get another!

Those offsets are wrong for the TL.
You would want the 18 x 7.5 / offset +48
ACP is an AKT dealer so I will check on price and have it added to the site one Tueday (Monday is a holiday)

I can get the 18 x 7.5 rim with the +48offset and i would like anyone else to try yot get these rims...IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE....
the deal i am having it through AKT so they dont have any either unless this deal goes through....

Manaray in japan is VERY hard to deal with and requires us to sell 50SETS before they will do the deal and ship them here!!!!

but i agree that only the 18x7.5s will be applicable to the tl's...offsets for the other widths are too low!

The rim is ONE piece and looks identical to the 2 or 3 piece rims...

I got word from my distibuter that i do indeed need to sell 50 sets now...Actually, i only need to sell 50 sets, my sister company is taking stock on another 50sets because manaray in japan said you sell 400 total pieces (100sets) and they will do the deal....very disturbing to me
I probably have about 20 sets right now that people are VERY interested in so im hoping by word of mouth we can get this done...
I want these rims as bad as everyone else..

The offset for the 18 x 7.5 is +48
I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE GOOD FOR THE TL

First of all, if you knew anything about rims then you WOULD know that manaray has been around for YEARS in japan and is a HUGE company there....Everyone that knows about cars knows about manaray RIMS (obviously tou dont)

I want you to find me a rim with this QUALITY and the good looks and get it for 1350 a set of 4 in 18" shipped to your door..

First of all if YOU knew anything about rims, you would know that any company that is lame enough to make a fake 3 piece rim is complete and utter crap. Do you see Hamann, ssr, volk, advan, blitz, etc, etc, etc making FAKE 3 piece CAST rims?

Second manaray may be a "big" company in japan but that says nothing; it has certainly not made its mark here or in europe like SSR and a lot of other companies. To me, it is nothing but another tenzo R or konig. you can say tenzo r and konig are big companies but they certainly make crap products.

Lastly, how can you call that rim quality when it is a FAKE 3 piece that is obviously CAST?! it boggles the mind!!!!!!!!!!

To all the people who are considering buying -- look at the FORGED REAL 3 piece blitz 03 first and dont be a lame ricer please.

Obviosly you know nothing about the import scene because manaray is big as racing harts are here in the US.......and the reason you dont see them here is because its very hard to Import because of minimum quantities....
go check with the BMW guys or the supra guys, they sure have heard of manaray and are jumping on this really quick.......do you think that the 17 supra guys that are buying these would put cheap ass rims on their car.......I THINK NOT!!!!!!
