JnR ECU + Knock Monitor

Category: Accessories
Price: $500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): TL 3G
Location (State/Prov/Terr): Can-ON
Item Condition: Brand New

Selling my JnR ECU, comes with extended harness 12" I believe it was, also comes with knock monitor. This was for my 2007 Acura TL-S.
Selling because I am no longer going to fine tune this, also because I plan on selling the car in the next year or so.

Looking to get $500CND + Shipping. I paid 1500.
Waited a year for this; runs fine, I had fun with it. I ran it for about 2-3 days, the power gains is very noticeable.

(Pictures will be up tonight, or tomorrow night.)
All the reminding info you need will be on the JnR Group Buy thread.

Snapped quick pictures with my Blackberry.
(The unit itself is not scratched up, its just residue from taking off the taped on business cards.)

Benefits

What are the overall benefits of this ECU?
How does it make power gains?

By the way, if anyone with either a manual 06+ or manual 04-05 is interested in purchasing the ECU, I can help them get setup with with a wiring diagram and potentially a base tune.

im not sure if he came through for everyone yet, i haven't updated myself with the thread for awhile. but the ecu comes pre-tuned, but can be fine tuned to your specific needs.

different harnesses....

04-05 uses a different harness
06 uses a different harness
07-08 uses a different harness....

you can use the AT harness on a MT and leave the "D" plug (if i remember the plug right) unplugged but you cannot use the MT harness on a AT...also you can interchange between the years I have mentioned above....

GLWS Mike...

Hey what's up man thanks... do you know if there would be a way for me to just maybe cut a wire or two & tap into the cars wiring; or is it just a completely different connector head...

Can this be used on an 04 supercharged, more specifically in place of the ACM from Comptech?

the unit itself can be used for the 04, but you need to get a different harness off rodney, the guy that made these units... lol, but yah, ive seen people use these units for their turbo'd/charged TLs.
