Up for sale is my J&R Programmable ECU for the 2004-2008 Acura TL/Type-S. This ECU comes preloaded with a base map for a 2007 Acura TL Type S (AT) with full bolt on modifications. The ECU can be altered for your specific vehicle through engine paramater tuning/dyno time. I am unsure if this will work on other vehicles so do your homework if interested.

I am selling everything because I have some expenses coming up that I could use the money for. I don't want to sell all of this stuff, but it's the right thing to do for me and my family at the moment.

You can read about the ECU at the link below, however we all know what this is capable of and it is a one of a kind entity for our 3rd gen TL's. From the ECU on a STOCK car with some bolt ons you can see 20WHP/23WTQ or more! This unit plugs straight into your factory ECU, takes all of 5 minutes to install.

Also included in this sale is a Innovate Motorsports LC1 AFR Gauge with RED digital display. This is the complete kit, Controller+Wideband+Gauge.

A Knock Monitor is also included, straight from J&R's company.

Lastly, I'm including a Honda S2000 's2k' Pod for your Drivers side A-Pillar. This will house your LC1 AFR Gauge.

^the harness comes with a pinout for the auto tranny.
just leave the pinout disconnected, as libert went from a auto tl and converted it to a 6mt.

or thats how i understand it.

^^^ IF I reckon right this will ONLY work for 07+ Models but this will work for Manuals...you will just have the connector "D" unplugged....

This will most certainly work for autos or manuals. Andy (08 6MT type-s) had his ECU hooked up to my car (07 5AT type-s).

Aaron, are you firm on the price? Probably, right?!?!? Since it's already almost $300 cheaper than new!

I'm somewhat interested in this if it hasn't sold yet. I know it's only a matter of a very short time before it does. The product is awesome...the only problem people had was with the vendor and you're taking that out of the equation! If you're serious about getting all we can out of the J series motor...this is a MUST!

Aaron, what might help you sell is if you wire the knock monitor and the wideband controller....a lot of people who will be paying 1400-1500 bucks dont want to clip wires and solder....so if you are electrically inclined, i would do atleast the knock monitor just incase you wanna sell the Wideband separately....

It can, and I would recommend that anyone who uses this get it fine tuned for your particular vehicle.

Correction, this ECU will only work on 07-08 models because of the harness.

You can always get another harness for your 04-06 TL from J&R Performance.
