not unlocked. but unlocking doesn't cost too much or you could do it yourself. Look it up on the internet give step by step instructions to unlock.

Thanks man...that's a very nice offer. I've got a G1, which I'm happy with but the iphone is sweet. If I pull the trigger I'll keep that offer in mind.
