My camera is packed right now. I am going on vacation soon. I will use my camera phone and take some pix. These are genuine lens. I got them from a wholesaler that I work with. (I work in the auto industry) Post them tonight when I get off work.

Here is a crappy pic with my camera phone. Not really in the mood of digging through my luggage to get my real camera. You can see the grove in the picture. Sorry for being lazy and copying pics off of ebay.

Looks good to me. You should've stated that you took photos off ebay in the first place.

My bad. I am leaving on vacation, busy with work, and got a baby on the way. I am slightly distracted.

Seems to me the OP had no ill intentions; just didn't know there was a difference between the zkw replicas and genuine zkws.

The OEM lenses have rings on the lenses (barely visible, but present); in other words, they are not completely clear. This affects the cut off and clarity.

Here is a picture of the cut off ZKW lenses provide; authentic ZKWs are 100% clear and the cut off is razor sharp.

I see. Thanks for clarifying. Btw, your headlight modding skills are off the charts!

Haha thanks, now all I need are amber LED turn signal bulbs then I can get going with my new headlight project (although turn signal bulbs don't have to be installed when the headlight is opened). Glad I found real ZKWs--the timing was impeccable.
