I'd also like to add that Anthony is a great guy to deal with and has been very helpful in working with me on my problem with the DC header. It's very much appreciated and it's nice to see that some people out there still know what customer service is!

Thanks
D.

Thanks fellas...I must admit, I did not take much of a liking to the TSX when I first saw it hit the US streets, but accsuperstar has changed my views on them now (well the ones with oem kits at least :P)

CMF, I'll probably be at your TX meet and possibly lending a hand if you bring the coilovers to Austin to put on

Ok fellas here is an update. After many calls and talking to several people I finally got DC Sports to admit it's a defect and that I am not sending my whole header in for inspection. As anyone who has a brain can see from my pictures it's pretty obvious it's a bad weld job. So they after some arm twisting are going to send me out a new lower section for my header. I'll have to pay the return shipping on the old lowwr part once it's replaced but that is better then having to ship the whole thing back I guess.

I'll let you know how it turns out once I get the new one in.

Thanks
D.

Wasn't the other person "Dani" that had the same problem...what was the result of his calling????? Anyone know?

Glad to hear they finally came around...should've never taken that long though! Piss poor service if you ask me!

It's good to hear that DC is willing to take care of the problem. I agree that it shouldn't take so long. But on the other hand, Acura is not exactly prompt in stepping up to fix the rattle issue that many members are having either... and yet we are still buying their cars.

I don't get why you should have to pay for shipping? I mean you paid for shipping it once which should have been enough. You have also laid out your time and money to have it installed and you're going to have to install it again. I think the least they could do is pay for shipping....

Well at this point I'm still waiting on the part. I was told it would be shipped that day and by air. As of yesterday it wasn't even shipped yet. I tell you, their customer service sucks!

Got the new part in today. It's the same as the other one so we'll see if it works any better. I'll have to send the old one back (at my expense) still though or they will charge my credit card. I hope this doesn't turn into an issue for anyone else, what a pain in the ass it was to get a replacement part. Good luck guys

My DC header just broke today. Don't know the exact name but it's the flexible, steel braided part. It seperated on the end going to the rear of the car. Sounds lik hell and now I need to spend Saturday putting on my old header. Can the rest of you that had problems tell me how things went with DC on the return?

This is NOT good timing because I was already considering test driving a TL today... Any advice is appreciated....
