Typical for these cars, my passenger side ballast did the whole flicker then die trick. Replaced everything with an aftermarket kit, so I've got a working ballast from the left headlight (will work on either side).

The car has 145k miles but this ballast has NEVER given me a problem. No flickering whatsoever, perfectly operational. I did have to snip the clip to splice into the wiring harness of my aftermarket ballast, but you can easily do the same with your existing dead one. Includes the mounting screws, too.
