Function & Form Type 1 & OEM Lipkit
Category: Accessories
Price: $1040
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): CL 2G, TL 2G, Other Honda/Acura, Type-S Model
Location (State/Prov/Terr): CA
Item Condition: Used
1) Function & Form Type 1 Coilovers - ($440 FIRM)
I originally bought the coils used for 1k miles, then I had them on my car ever since last January, so roughly about 11k miles on them. These coils will slam your ride! They're still on the car right now, I will take them off and take pics once I have interested buyer(s).
These will fit a 98-02 Accord, 01-03 CL/S, 99-03 TL/S.
2) OEM Lipkit (Front, Sides, Rear) - ($600 FIRM)
Selling the OEM lipkit painted AM. The front lip is pretty beat up and has a crack right in the middle from being slammed. Can be easily fixed when getting it resprayed. The sides are fine. The rear lip is fine as well, but has a small crack on the right side exhaust outlet area. Again, easily fixed. I want to sell the lipkit as a whole, but if you want it separately, it'll be $200 for either front lip, sides, or rear lip. Pics will be up once I have interested buyer(s).
LOCAL BUYERS ONLY!
Located in Rosemead, CA.

Pictures of lipkit
Front lip:
As you can see from the pictures, my front lip is pretty beat up from being slammed. There's a crack right in between the middle. You can see it on top and from the bottom of the front lip. Also, the whole underside is scratched. Can easily be fixed at the body shop when getting it painted.

Side skirts:
Side skirts are in perfect condition. Nothing is wrong with them and there are no cracks or scratches whatsoever.

Rear lip:
Rear lip is fine as well besides a crack on the right side muffler outlet.

i've discussed this many times on several threads before but i'm parting out because i can't seem to fix an issue on the car relating to my mpg. i'm parting out the car and then selling it. i'll probably get a 2nd gen lexus gs or a 3rd gen tl.
yea.. had the problem ever since i was slammed. you can still be pretty low without hitting them (meaning they will only hit on big bumps/dips). i've heard people changing balljoints to cope with that problem. the ride itself is pretty stiff already, which is good for being slammed.
the type 1's aren't bad at all, especially for the price. you get what you pay for. the ride is somewhat stiff, but it's less stiff than before since i'm running 0 load. but i would prefer dampening settings just for my comfort on longer trips. on the daily, it's standable. it's not that bad at all, i've felt way stiffer coilovers.
