On a base TL probably 20-30whp+ because your getting high flow heads and better camshafts.
On a TL-S probably less
Here some more pix. I don't have the final bill receipt for the heads. Heads were PnP on Oct 2013 (sorry I said Aug earlier, that was when I first acquired the heads), I didn't assemble them until thanks giving vacation. The Bill came out to be aroun 1000-1100 since they only did the intake side the first time and didn't charge me for the exhaust side. So the exhaust side was done a few weeks after. Took about a month to get everything back from the initital deposit date. Now
I don't have time to finish the project just because I am on my Pharmacy rotation so I can't have any down time on my car. Basically heads were built and been sitting in my Dorm closet.
As much as I would like to finish this project. Its going to be another 2-3 years before I can do anything. Rather have someone take them off my hands and enjoy them. And the extra money I get from it will help during my summer rotation when I am going to be all over the country living from hotel to hotel.

"On a base TL probably 20-30whp+ because your getting high flow heads and better camshafts." You got any data to back that up. Not trying to rain on your parade since I am actually interested in this, but If I am gonna invest that much money, I wanna make sure that it is well worth it. Thanks!

Here is a build by atlas,46 on an accord 3.0
Made 25WHP on slipping clutch. Later updated with new #

Here is a built with TL-S on a TL-S (spent 13K on parts and labor and labor and labor, just to give you an idea) made 26hp in the end.

O forgot to add that stock camgears are also included and are installed on the head. Along with the camgear sensor. So like I been emphasizing ready to be dropped onto a block.

Its matched to both. Not going to part it out because if your heads are not matched to the runners your going to have a 1-2mm gap/ridge and its going to screw up your air flow due to turbulence.
If you want just port and polished runners simeone is selling some on V6P. for 185 shipped.

^ same here. I know for sure the TL-S has larger cooling jacket in the heads, but I am providing the TL-S cylinder head gasket also so that people won't make that mistake. Also know for a fact that it will fit the j30a4/5 block which has a similar design to the 3.2 Base TL.
I have pictures of a j30a4/5 head for comparison also somewhere.

Maybe you need a new timing belt unless you plan to reuse your auto-tensioner.
I think I have most of the stuff on the head, if not you can recycle your old sensor and some of the bolts from your current head. I should have most if not all the bolt on for the head, but I am not sure since its been a while. I have everything in bags.
