contacted shox.com and he the sales rep told me it will work. And the actually year model for the shock is 00-03 not 99-03. Like i stated it has around 15k miles on it, only took it off so I can sell the car.

Just get the car inspected and it is actually the rear shocks have gone bad. I really like koni shocks, but will pass it. Thanks again.
