As the title states I'm selling a Soleus Portable Air conditioner it's a 12,000 btu. Used it for only 1 month last summer. Comes with a 3 year warranty from P.C. Richards (which i purchased seperately) Only selling because I was able to get a window mounted unit. Thing is literally BRAND NEW. If you have any questions, comments, concerns feel free to call 646-287-1137. I would prefer for it to be picked up (NYC or surrounding areas) But MIGHT ship at buyers expense
