It is legal to ship anywhere in the US.... BUT....
It needs to be shipped from a gun dealer/broker to another gun dealer/broker..
If you dont understand, you can go to www.gunbroker.com. It is kinda like an ebay for guns. Might be able to find someone who can help you out on there by finding a place to ship to/from.
You just cant drop it off at UPS and expect it to get there...
