I think I'm using the right term. the wires which allows u to flip that flap to turn on the high beams.

 

Yeah, I haven't touched any of the wiring, so i'm guessing its still there

are the fx45 projectors the clear lens or frosty lens type?

 

I have been wanting to do a retrofit for a while but don't have the money, would these fit in a 2001 TL? Also, who do you know that does good work?
