It's a sealed box. Due to the previous owner's shipping mistake, some corners are damaged a bit. Do not believe it'll affect any sound quality. I can provide some close-up pics for whoever that's interested.. Since it's heavy and large, I prefer not to ship (I can't even find a box to ship this in) so local only or if u happen to drive thru Atlanta, GA .. that would work too
