The strut bar is 399 USD plus tax and shipping comes roughly to 450 USD. Plus if you are in canada, customs will charge you as well

as for the foglights...is the whole system being sold? bulbs/mounting assembly/and garnishes you used to make it look how it does on your car?

 

Yes - fog lights are sold with everything that came in the package. So mounting kit, lights, ballast. You just have to hook it up to a switch of your choice.

 

will the hid foglights fit 03 tl s?

 

they are aftermarket fog lights so you can make them fit...i am not sure they will fit into the stock housing though
