Additional information
Selling my daily driver, need the cash for other things. Car is a Milano Red 99 civic EX, 2 owner car before me, no accidents clean as can be for age and mileage. The previous owner only put highway miles on it driving from conroe to the SW side of town everyday for work, i dont even drive it that much, which is why im selling it. I bought the car BONE stock and did the mods myself. Despite the mileage the car runs perfect, no problems whatsoever. Recently had a major tune up about 3k miles ago. New belts, new plugs, new wires, and alot of other misc. parts. The car still gets great gas mileage 25-30mpg! NO TRADES, NO LOWBALLING. I will entertain serious offers on the car and will only meet up at my discretion, meaning i set a time and place to show the car.

CTR replica front lip- just painted a week ago.
Freshly painted oem sideskirts- painted a week ago.
15-inch Full polish TE-37 replicas made my Nippon Racing-NEW, a week old
195/50R15 sumic tires w/ 90% tread left
Sprint Springs 1.5inch drop
Kenwood MP3 head unit w/ usb.
Condition of the car:
The car runs and drives EXCELLENT. The paiint is in good shape for the age, but does have alot of rock chips on the front bumper/hood from highway mileage. There is a few tiny spots where the clear coat is peeling, but nothing major at all. As with any older car, there is a fee door dings and scratches, but nothing major at all. The interior is in near perfect shape, no cig burns and it was a non-smoker car. No major inerior stains either. Just a small hole in the radio/ac bezel from a previous theft of the old radio. Other than this the car is in great shape, no accidents, clean title car... carfax verified ( i have a copy i can show you).
Here are some pictures i just took, i will try to get some daytime pix asap. In these pictures i was int he process of removing the pinstripe, thats why the pass. side doesnt have it on the door or fender.
