Would it work on a 97 2.5 TL? Would I need anything else?

hey man I am not sure if it works on a 97 2.5, You would have to check the FCC ID on an old remote or ask the dealer if this would work for your car. If you find out let me know.

IF it does work for your car or anyone else's, you don't need anything since it has a battery. All you need to do is program it which is very easy. I can tell you how to do that or you can search the forums on how to do it.
