FS: H&R Sport Springs 51858
I am selling a set of used H&R Sport springs (part number 51858). I have never installed these on my '03 CLS. They are used - how much exactly, I don't know. They look great and I'm sure they are perfectly functional. We recently moved to New Orleans, and the roads here are bad enough without a dropped car
Price is $150 shipped to the continental US. Pictures can be forwarded to you upon request, but we all know what they look like. Black painted with "H&R 51858" on each spring. Paypal is preferred at Pontiac72@mail.utexas.edu
Thanks!
Chris

I assume that it is a set of 4 first of all. I also want to know how much of a drop these are. I am not looking for anything too radical. If I remember right though, the drop is more with these than I want. I cannot remember at this time. I don't want any more than about 1.5" in front and 1" in the rear. PM if you like.

Please search other posts for the advertised drop height(s). I bought these springs because the majority of posts reflected that:
1) The drop would be a 'rational' amount (nothing scraping the ground with stock wheels and shocks).
2) The spring rate was not too radical (20-25% over stock, if I remeber correctly), so ride quality would remain largely the same.
3) The drop has been successful on most cars without camber kits. "Most" cars mean that some cars do require camber kits. Apparently Honda/Acura didn't make them all perfectly identical.
And yes, it's a set of 4. All are stamped with the part number, so they are a matched set.
Thanks,
Chris

I'm interested but would like a little more info on the history of the springs. Are you the second owner? if so what car were they on first?, what other info can you give me on them? pics?

No sag for me. They were awesome springs and I'd do 'em again if I ever buy another CL.
Good luck with the sale!
