Interested..Any rust on the springs?

 

Springs look immaculate minor scratches but no rust and shocks are just dirty but no damages. I will send you pics this weekend.

 

will this fit a 99TL?

 

Yes it will fit all TL models including type-s 1999 to 2003 and CL & CL type-s 2001 to 2003. Also fits v6 accords 1998 to 2002 models. If you have any doubts you can go to comptechusa.com and look up applications, but I assure you it will fit.
