So I did the mod from this thread:

and of course had to buy WAY too much reflectix, blue foam wrap, and aluminum tape. So I have enough to do three more intakes, but will split them up and sell as two sets (so you can mess up and still have plenty), for 20 dollars each. 20 bucks will get you about 1/3 a roll of reflectix (way more than you need) and 1/3 a roll of the blue foam tape (also way more than you need) and plenty of the aluminum tape. I did this mod this weekend, took about an hour. PITA because I have the K&N Typhoon and it isn't a solid pipe like Fujita or AEM, it's two pipes. it makes install way easier but wrapping it was a beehatch.
