As title states, selling this audio stuff as I had to go a different route for my application.

Amp is HIGH QUALITY xtant a3001 monoblock amp, perfect for one or two subs. Rated at

150watts x1 @4ohms

or

300watts x1 @2ohms

WAY underrated power too. In fact, I wired it up for

600watts x1 @1ohms for about an hour straight with no issues whatsoever.

Has built-in 24 octave butterworth crossover, bass boost @45hz, and balanced line inputs.

This amp is ready to get it done. Sound quality > pretty looks. Casing has quite a few imperfections since this is an older amp, but I garauntee it works 100 percent just like new. Includes original box and manual.

Next up is a Rockford Fosgate p2 d212 12" Dual voice coil subwoofer with dual 2ohm voice coils. This is the new model, not the old one. This thing does slam with the right wattage, and hit pretty hard with the above Xtant amp, not even pushed hard. Sub is gem mint and only installed in a sealed box and tested for about an hour. No nicks, no imperfections...just like new. Includes original box with mounting trim plate and instructions.

However, this sub can handle well over 250 watts rms. Great sq sub, works well in both sealed and ported enclosures.
