My 06 TL is for sale: $26,000 OBO
The car is in great condition and has 24,500 miles on it.
-It is a black pearl exterior
-Immaculate Black leather interior
-Carbon Fiber trim throughout interior
-Voice activated Acura Navigation system
-Bluetooth phone capability
-Power windows/doors
-Lip spoiler
-dual zone auto climate control
-No accidents/Clear title
-Original owner
-all maintenance done at Acura dealership
-all windows tinted (5%)
-always garaged
-Eibach Pro springs (~1.5" drop)
-All LED lighting
-GM Synchromesh MT Fluid
-New Brakes
-Always used synthetic fluid

good deal..with the car being cheaper than normal here are some concerns buyers will have...car fax clean? any paint work/body work? how old is the driver? Condition of the tires..

^ like what he said. You said all the maintenance was done at the dealer but do you have all the records for that?
Is the car still being driven daily?
Also do you have high resolution pictures of the interior and exterior of the car?

Yes I have all of the records of the maintenance, done at a DCH Acura of Temecula.
It is priced lower than normal because I want to sell it quick (ie: before the end of this year). I would rather sell it to someone who will appreciate it rather than selling it to carmax!! The car has always been washed and waxed by the same mobile detailer.
Yes the carfax is clean I can PM the VIN if necessary.
The rear driver door was repainted due to a scratch, it happens!!
Yes I have hi-res pics, I can post them when I get home from the office.
