Asking $20,500

I live near Detroit, Michigan. I took a new job 7 months ago and got a company car. My original plan was to drive this car forever, so I bought it instead of leasing. Now that I get a 'free' car to drive, it doesn't make any sense to keep making the insurance payments.

The title is free and clear and ready to be signed over to the new owner. I was asking$23,500 6 months ago, and has slowly been dropped to $20,500. Kelly Blue Book says this car in excellent condition, private party value is: $21,440 in excellet condition, $20,210 in good condition. The brakes are original, the tires are original with life left on them. Anyone who sees the car is impressed with how well it looks.

The car was bought in late December 2003. It has until late December 2008 (almost 2 years left) for the factory 5 year/50,000 mile warranty, and even longer for the extended 7 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty. So, basically, there is plenty of warranty left.

I have some pictures I could e-mail you. The car looks like any extremely well kept Satin Silver Metallic 3.2 TL Type-S out there.

If you have any questions, please post them here, or send me a PM. I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

Thanks!

Low ball

Finally got around to taking my car to the dealership to see what they might give me for it. Very ridiculous. After telling me the car was extremely clean, and that he couldn't find any deductions on it, they offer $5k below blue book. That was a waste of time.

Will consider any reasonable offer.

New price on '03 3.2 TL Type-S

Due to slow demand, I am lowering my price to $20,000. This is $210 below Blue Book at a 'Good' rating, which it is much nicer than that.

PM me or post questions here. Thanks.
