CLOSED! FS: RJSD Devotion 3pF's @@@PRICE DROPPED@@@

What: RonJon Devotion 3pF's. These are the original Devotions (3-piece forged wheels). They have a brushed aluminum (clearcoated) face with chrome lip. They come with brushed aluminum Acura center caps and Toyo Proxes 4 tires.

Specs: 19 X 8.5, 37et, 245/35/19. These wheels were designed for the 5AT 3G TL; I'm sure they will fit on other vehicles, but cannot verify which ones.

Condition: Three wheels are in perfect shape. One wheel has a few very minor cosmetic blemishes (dings on the inner lip, two small curbs and a scratch on the lip). You have to be on top of the wheel and looking hard to see most of these.

Three of the tires are in perfect shape and have 50-60% of the tread left. One tire has an unrepairable flat with a bubble in the side wall and will need to be replaced.

Price: $3,300 (includes shipping and PayPal fees) or best offer. I am willing to drive to meet you half way to facilitate a "local" pickup.

Pics:

Wheel #2 in above pics; dings on inner rim

Wheel #2 in above pics; curb 1

Wheel #2 in above pics; curb 2

Wheel #2 in above pics; scratch (these are the best I could to...it's so hard to see)

Retail for everything came to $4,500, but I paid $4,300. These are one of nine sets in existence (at least three of which weren't made for the TL). The price is negotiable as it says "or best offer"...and being in MD, I'm sure we could work out a "local" arrangement to avoid shipping.

I think you post somewhere else that they won't fit on a 6spd.

That's correct, as is, they will not fit a 6MT; although they might fit with spacers.

No Problem... I can't believe you haven't sold these yet. If I had an auto I'd be all over em. I'm really liking the new Legend II's, I hope that RonDog decides to do them in Liquid graphite with a polished lip, or all Liquid graphite... Good Luck selling these.

I'm surprised, as well. I figured the price was fair, and it says OBO...maybe people are shy ?

Those Legend Type II's look good. I'm sure he'll do Liquid Graphite eventually, so hold out if you can...they'll look awesome on your car. All LG would be even easier than keeping the lip, too. That LG is a great color.

If you ever get those and I can sell these and revamp my car, I'll drive down to Charleston for a late lunch one Saturday and we can snap a few shots with a nice backdrop.

Oh yeah, awesome avatar .

Brushed aluminum

These wheels are beautiful and are of high quality. You must see them in person to appreciate them!

Just an FYI, that part about me driving to meet you half way to make a local deal means I'll drive about two hours or so to meet you. That means anyone in NC, SC, north GA, east TN, and south VA can avoid shipping and PayPal fees provided you're willing to drive a couple of hours. That's $2,500 for a local/cash deal.

This has probably been answered a million times, but do these fit on a 2nd gen CL without rubbing?

^It's never come up, actually, and I honestly don't know. Off the top of my head, I would think the offset is too aggressive, but with a slimmer tire, maybe . You could get a more definitive answer in the CL forum...I'm sure those guys would know if these wheels would fit.

^I honestly don't know. Much like with the guy who asked about fitment on a CL, I would think the offsets are too aggressive, but I'm really not that familiar with what fits on other cars.

I see you're local...I'd be more than happy to test fit them if you're interested...then we'll both know for sure.

With a slimmer tire, some fender shaving, Tab removal & a bit of negative camber.......they will fit!

^At the rate it's going, they'll be available; however, I'm nowhere near Buffalo...about 11 hours or so away, in fact.

^As I've said to plenty of others, at the rate it's going, they'll still be available when you get the money together. And you're so close, we could definitely meet half way and avoid shipping.

^Uh, no...but you could drive down here. I'd be willing to drive up to about two hours to meet someone half way, but that's about it. After that, it's the same or better for me to ship them considering time and gas. Shipping to NJ isn't too bad...PM me if you're interested and we can work something out.

Do you still have them? Would you let these wheels go for $2200 cash? Please email me at Little_khoa@yahoo.com or Khoa.Nguyen@kbr.com, thanks.

Me, either.
I don't plan on it. As for rare, they are one of nine sets made, I believe. Some are for other cars (RL, TSX), and one set has been trashed.
Sure is.
Thanks.

Y'all missed your chance...I replaced the unrepairable tire, so I'm going to run the wheels at least until the tires are shot.

Ron, please close the thread at your convenience. Thanks.
