So the wheels aren't chrome or sparkle silver, but ebony color... which I guess is kinda a mix of gunmetal and sparkle silver?

The type S cats flow a little better than a base. The cell count for the cat is 600 vs 900 and so it should flow better than a base. Now considering that a race-pipe in place of the 3rd cat might get you 5-6 hp I doubt you'll feel a significant difference with just the type S 3rd cat. Hope that helps!

He says his are ebony chrome. Yours are ebony. But based on the pictures his look like they have more of a chrome finish

Mine are ebony chrome Acura pn 08W18-SEP-202E... I know this is the pn because I bought them new. They have a really nice look! I can't really speak to the other ones.

I know your wheels are already sold but in case anyone was still reading through this thread I wanted to point out that your part # is not ebony chrome.

That P/N you have is for the hyper silver. For the TL, the P/N ending in 202F is what has the smoky chrome finish.

Per our Acura OEM parts vendor here on Acurazine:

Thanks for the post. I called the buyer and confirmed that we are all on the same page with the color of the rims and the Acura part number, so the wheels are still sold.

How much mileage on the type-s suspension??? and is that 07 TL Factory Service manual including the type-s, and does it have electrical wiring diagram???

I had ~55k mi on the type s suspension and yes the factory FSM includes wiring diagrams... really a must have for DIYers. Both these items have been sold however.

The only thing that I have left is the complete set of engine cover. Glad the tires worked out for you!
