BRAND NEW Tein Basic full coilovers
I purchased these coilovers for my 2nd Gen TL a few weeks before I sold my car and now I have no use for them. I payed $830 for them and I am only looking to get $750. These are brand new and still in original packaging.
They will fit 99-03 TL/CL and 98-02 Accords (2/4 door)

I have the TEIN SS's now. I won't ever lower a car without em! I did crap springs on stock shocks...H&R's on stock shocks...megan full coilovers...and now TEIN SS's.
All on different cars. The TEIN's are the best for ease of adjustment...what seems like durability...ride quality...actual change in feeling when adjusting dampening...they're expensive for a reason. They work and they work well.

Thanks man...very much...appreciate that comment considering how much time and effort and money i put into getting the drop, "just right".
About the megans...you ain't f**kin' lying. I thought I was crazy but I had them on soft and jeeeezzusss...EVERY bump in the road was so loud and painful! Plus...you had to twist the perches tooo many times to get it to change height...after a year of not adjusting...the friggin bottom metal bracket seized up on me and I couldn't bring the car back down to put my stocks back on...ended up having to get out the cutting wheel to cut some relief cuts in the metal and using all my strength. Given, this was a product made 3 years ago and maybe the newer ones are better...but having lived that experience...I can speak with knowledge when I say that Tein's are much better built and give a more "true" drop relative to a few twists of the perches.

exactly...and on top of that...because to lower it was separate from preload adjustment it was hard to tell how far into the bottom the whole assembly really was! I like the simplicity of the TEIN.
I almost cried from frustration that day bro...I ended up taking the shock OFF to adjust it and it was no go...with a channel lock, cutting wheel and pressure pliers, I finally got it to move a little...but it was crazy how badly it had seized up. Never again...I wish people luck on here that get them...but I would never go that route again.

^^^Anytime man...glad to be able to help and guide people based on my own experience. I have to say it was nice to see spoka concur though...because I was beginning to think I was crazy for not LOVING the megans based on others that got it. I guess we are all gonna be supportive of whatever we spent a grand on...but having had both...Tein is it.
For the post asking for how close to stock. My honest recommendation is you look into Aspec or H&R springs and go for a light/modest drop. Much cheaper if that's what you're looking for.
