BNIB Blackberry 8900 Still Sealed

Bought this for my dad when we signed a new contract with T-Mobile. He took one look at it and said, "It has too many buttons and said it is too small." He went back to his RAZR

So I have to let it go. It is still sealed and the box was only opened to take pictures and make sure that the phone powered on. The battery was tested and proved to work and then removed. It is not unlocked, but can be if you call your service provider.

I've seen ebay listings for this phone for around $450.

$400 shipped, in order to break even with the obligatory contract that I signed which states that I have to keep a data plan for at least 6 months. Otherwise, I pay full retail for this phone if I cancel the data plan.

No PAYPAL fees, No HASSLES.

Where did you purchase the phone from? Because if you purchased it from an actually t-mobile store if you don't keep the data plan you don't get the mail-in rebate but still get the phone at the price you paid for in the store or through customer service. I don't know if you purchased the phone through another company such as Wirefly or another company that sales for t-mobile what their policies are. You might want to check back with the sales rep who sold you the phone. Plus, if your still within the return period you can just send the phone back since it is still in the new in box condition and cancel the account or if you upgraded to it have your account changed back to the way it was before the upgrade. I would know this because I was a t-mobile sales rep myself and work for verizon wireless now.

Purchased from www.jdtwireless.com, which is very similar to wirefly.

I wish it was that simple, but I read the terms of the contract when T-Mobile sent me the phone. It states that if I change my carrier service rate plan to a lower monthly service plan, I HAVE to pay for the full amount for the phones. I received what they call an equipment discount.

I signed a new contract with t-mobile after changing carriers from AT&T.
