BBS LMs in VS-XX Gold (F/R 18x8 +35, 18x9 +40 [respectively])

Got these from RBWheels, they were refinished when I got them. No curb rashes, no bends. I can be vouched from guys over at , acurazine, 8thgencivic. I live in Rowland Heights, CA.. & if you've ever been to Guppy Teahouse (In hacienda heights), you've probably seen my car.

I can let them go with tires or without. The tread wear on the front tires are 70-75% on Sumitomo HTRZ II, and the rear's are 60% with Yokohama YK520s.

The 18x8 weights around 21 lbs, and the 18x9's are around 22.5 lbs. They are legitimate wheels!

Looking to get $2000 without tires, $2300 with. All OBO. Will be able to ship at buyer's expense.

Sorry to threadjack but can you vouch for them over at RBWheels because I've seen some sick deals over there but was skeptical.

^Nah, specs aren't that great for hella flush, but it's good for y'all who doesn't want to go too wide and want to put fatty tires, if you buy it without them of course.

I think you misunderstood the question. He wants to know what it's like to deal with RBwheels as a company. He's not questioning the particular wheels for sale.

They're okay, better to deal with them local so you can inspect the wheels in person. What looks good in the pics might look when you see them up close.

There have been reports in other forums of their multi piece wheels leaking as they were using cheap silicone to seal them. The wheels I bought from them were in so so condition,(I knew that going in) I was able to beat them down on price (paid cash) and have them refinished at a more reputable shop closer to home.

The question about RBWheels was ok and might help someone who is interested in buying these wheels, since they came from RB.

The infighting isn't ok and the last two posts were deleted.

i can vouch for steve that he paid more than what he is currently listing them for. he paid for them to have the faces unmounted and stripped, then painted vs-xx gold and clear coat sprayed as well.. then repolished all the lips and remount the faces (each face has 40-50 rivets and must be torqued to around 30lbs/ft). this process takes rb more than an hour per wheel.

so if you ask me how much he paid; at least $500 more than what he is listing them for. so this price is more than fair considering this is the going market price for mint bbs lm's let alone custom painted.

My question wasn't about how much he paid for these wheels or any problems with his listing price. Its a damn good price for genuine bbs lm's and not those cheap knock offs that are everywhere. I would have already bought these if they were 19s and that is the only reason why they arent sold to me already. Thats why I wanted the sellers opinion on rbwheels before I kept looking on there.

Heh, well RBWheels is okay to deal with. Jack, the guy that helped me was thorough about everything. If anything.. if you want to buy something there.. have someone here go check it out if it's in good condition. I mean, I live like 10 minutes from there locally, so it's no problem for me. Just don't make me go back like 5 times in a row..
