The RSB for the TL-S isn't that expensive to buy new.

I believe that you will need part # 3 [RSB], # 4 (x2),# 5 (x2), and 4 bolts (part # 35)

Oh wow, I didnt actually check the dealer price as I thought it would be near a $100
