Its the black plastic skid that goes over the engine and transmission underneath the car. Comes with half the hardware too (some plastic push clips are missing but both bolts are there). Came off a 2005 base TL that was traded in without it. Saw it on acura parts warehouse for $65 + sh without hardware. Will sell for $30 + actual shipping. Located near Portland, OR if you want to pick up.
