Yes, I bought them new.

There's really not much of a difference you can feel, but for those that have RSBs, these won't snap under pressure (as the stock end links are prone to do).

Now, they are adjustable, so for some hardcore peeps, these will make some sort of huge difference, but I'm more or less a noob.
