I would rather prefer local. Want to save on shipping. Price depends on condition, with or without tires.. etc. But yeah cheaper is always better for me.

I have 3 flawless chrome rims and the 4th one has to be re-plated. I would sell all 4 to you for 100+ Shipping and I also have a set of BF Goodrich tires with a year of use for sale for 200+Shipping.
