Selling a set of old springs I have had in my garage for a couple of years. Only had on my car for about 4 months before going with coilovers. The stock struts have 55k on the and from what I remember they were in great condition. Only selling in a combo like this is because they were a pain to put on and I would like to save someone the headache.

Drop is 1.65 front & 1.75 rear. At the time was the lowest spring drop that I could find.

curious why you took them (Vogtland strut spring combo) off. How did they ride and how would they compare to the more popular strut spring setups used on the Tl's and Cl's. In your opinion is it worth it to install these, being that the oem springs got some miles on them? I'd consider buying them but not if I'd have to replace them in the next two years.

 

I had taken them off because I wanted a coilover setup so I could go lower. They ride no different then stock but your car would be lower and handle better. I didn't take the aftermarket springs off the struts because I thought being the stock struts have low mileage and would make it easier for installation for someone else who would buy them. You should be fine on not having to replace anything spring or strut wise for sometime. It all come down to road condition, weather and mileage that you drive on how long they will last. Its up to you, but I liked the setup and would have never taken it off if it was lower. Your call buddy
