16GB Ipod Touch-206 shipped

I dont use my ipod touch so I might as well sell it. I had it since december and I probably used it 10 times at the most. There are songs on it and ill leave them on and someone can either delete them or keep them. Light scratches on the backing but can hardly see and thats because its chrome

if you leave music on it, can't people not add/remove music from it unless it is resest to factory specs from the master computer it was first installed on?
