Hey guys, I spoke with blxmjx today, and he told me the stuff is still sitting in customs. He proabably wont get the bars until early next week. Soon my friends, soon!!!

I will take this update a step further. He now has the bars at his house!!!!!! But like peereallong said, he will be indisposed for some time. We wont know how long for a couple of days. As soon as he can, he will start to ship the bars!!!!

uhhh thats great for all u guys, but what about me?? I am suppossed to pick them up from him at the store directly...I should have gotten them already then since i live like 15mins from the shop....Whats going on here?

I understand that, but i was just wondering, since everyone was getting them shipped, it would be faster for me since im gonna pick them up locally. It has nothing to do with who paid and who dint. Besides, you need to be aware that someone on this thread directly stated that YOU have them at your house...so whoever that person was, mislead me.

I think maybe you should tell him not to give people false pretenses. It just made me assume that they were ready for pickup.....In that sense, i meant no inhospitality to you, or any other members here. My apologies for the confusion...

ok guys, the strutbars are finally here. They will start shipping out on wednesday. I will email tracking numbers as I receive them. thanks for everyone's patience. I hope everyone likes the strutbars.

So do the rest of you guys want another gb on these? Keep in mind that it took roughly two months to get this groupbuy completed. If there is enough interest we can do another one.

Thanks Jeff. Not much sleep being done lately. But its fine, I just got to get back into the no sleep mindset. It's been awhile since i've had to go into that mode.

I'm glad that the bars finally came in. Better late than never. I'm still a bit unhappy that they took so much longer than the original estimate though. Like I've said before, I'm really sorry for the wait and I appreciate the patience that 99% of you guys have shown. Don't forget to take some pics and give some reviews once everything is on.

Don't worry bout it, you didn't have any control over that. I appreciate you setting the whole GB up, I probably wouldn't have a strut bar on the way otherwise.
I'll definately post some pics and a review once it gets installed.

I anticipate that everyone will be at the very least satisfied with the bars...but I know many of you will be more than happy with the choice!

Thank you again Arnold for setting this up.

Waiting is the price that we must pay for JDM parts. Anyone who orders stuff from Japan know this is about the norm as far as waiting this long.

do I need to jack up the car?? and do I need to tighten up the the 2 bolts holding the bar to the bracket??

yes....u need to jack up the car if u want to install a lower tie bar...otherwise, no.

And, use a hex key at one end, and a wrench at the other to tighten up the bar to the bracket
