Storage

For those of you with a fair amount of gear (bodies, lenses, etc.) how do you store it?

Currently, my stuff is spread across several different camera bags.

I am looking to find some type of drawer system/insert that will keep a body with lens attached readily available in a drawer but also allow for the storage of lenses and all the other little things like tripod QR plates, remote shutter releases, filters, etc. without everything sliding around when I open/close the drawer.

Anyone find any storage solutions they really like?

I store my main stuff on a shelf at home and the universal stuff (tripod mounts, cables, etc) I keep in the storage portion of my bag. I just grab whatever lenses and stuff I need before going out.
