I bought this card today to use on the canon sd450. I heard that slower cards won't do as well for capturing video. I was wondering what the speed on this card is and if it will be sufficient for capturing video clips at good quality.

 

I'm pretty sure the SD card doesn't affect the quality of the video, that depends on the camera. If the card's too slow the vids may just get cut short.
