Photoshop Help

When I post this photo into photoshop

it shows like this:

I'm stumped. I turned off all layers and it is only in this PSD.

have you played around with the Image -> Mode?

It's fixed, I have no idea how. I've been playing with it for 2 days.

The mode was RGB. I tried switching 8/16/24 bits but it wanted to flatten the image.

Thanks for the help, not sure what did it.
