She was in a good mood today to pose for me.

That is incredible.... Now that is the kind of shots i'd like to take. I'm a complete newbie to the world of photography. What exactly has to be done to have an end result like this? Is it all in playing with the settings, or is it more involved in enhancing the photo afterwards?
The edges of her hair don't really work on the white background...look like it was cut out.
And I agree with her eyes...the way your flash, or eye light reflecting in them didn't really work out either, makes them cloudy and covers the important parts.

Nice shot. I agree with the comments above - re: the eyes. Still, it's a great "practice" shot.
Did you do much processing on the skin? It looks nearly flawless, but not over smoothed.
BTW, you do realize that she's Asian, right?
