I would suggest putting a nice watermark on all your pix....with people stealing shit from Facebook and posting it like they took the photo, i would say a watermark which is strategically placed (not in the bottom all the time, so something on the exhaust or on the aspec lip (etc) will help you keep them fools away...

Just saw your question too, Lightroom has an export service through Flickr, so I can watermark all my pics just by clicking Publish. When it uploads them it adds the watermark and resizes them all to 1920x1080.

 

not a question but a suggestion....

If I had to steal that pic, all I need to do is crop the bottom out and put my watermark on it....i was just suggesting to make stealing pix tough....so make a watermark strategically placed...

 

I'd recognize my pictures if I ever came across them.

It's fairly simple to use, the only thing I got hung up on was the Importing/Exporting. I was used to using PS and you just open your pictures like files on any other program. LR imports your pictures to it's library and to get them to Flickr or your Hard Drive, you export them when you're done editing.

All your adjustments are on the right side and it basically goes in order, Exposure, Contrast, then you get into Highlights/Shadows, then colors, ect.

 

Yeah, seemed relatively easy compared to PS.
Well, yes...you got 5. But did you get it "free"?

 

No, I payed for the upgrade. It's $80

All shots were from the 70-200 f/4 IS and I am extremely happy with the results. The lens is incredibly fast to focus, zooming and manually focusing are smooth and best of all I could carry it all day attached to my 60D with one hand.
