here are a few shots of my very first MMA even. rented a canon 28-70 f/2.8 for the event and the lens did not do the job as i expected. i ended up using my canon 24-105 f/4 IS lens instead and it worked wornders. i'm pretty sure the lens i rented had some issues w/ it since it was so old because i heard some great reviews about that lens, even though it's pretty old.

Some nice shots there I like the one picture with the blood and gloves !

 

Just a minor thing, but your watermark is very distracting.

It may just be an element of your design, but just so you know, it is not necessary to put the copyright symbol and the year. Works are automatically copyrighted regardless of whether there is the copyright symbol.

Also, did you just take these pictures? It says 2008...

the online mma site i took these for requested me to place watermarks on them because they had problems with another local mma magazine printing their photos w/out permission. thanks for the heads up on watermarks. i took these pics last year. i have another thread on here titled "my second mma event" so i thought i'd post some of the my first one.
