Multi-Document Photo Scanner...?
I have THOUSANDS of photos I need to scan ASAP.
I have a Canon Pixma all-in-one that will scan via ADF or do multi-document on the plate, but ther ADF jams alot on photos, and the multi-document on plate isn't foolproof enough.
Do you have any recommendations on a new scanner? I'd spend up to about $1000, maybe a lil more.

I would look into a brand called oki data or kodak business scanner. At my last job they had all in one system that had a scanner and used it to scan construction site photos in.

Big Block go VROOOM!
Damn Soopa you've got a tough one there. From what I've read the higher end Epsons (V700 & V750) seem to be considered the best flatbeds out there for scanning prints but they either don't have ADF's or they are blatantly for normal paper documents. If I was in your position, I would just cold call Epson and ask if they have any ideas.
The Kodak professional scanners can be found HERE but they all seem to be single load flatbeds as well.
There has to be a solution out there but I have a hunch your cost of admission is going to be well over $1,000.

Do you have a Wegmans near you? They have the best high-speed scanning services currently available thanks to a pilot program from Kodak. I posted some details when caliadria asked a while ago: https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/scanning-photos-344224/
