Those are some of the best shots I have ever seen of our Cloudgate sculpture (aka The Bean) here in Chicago.

Point and shoots are VERY capable cameras these days, and there are very few great
pictures that require a DSLR. Great pictures are great because they are artistically great, and have impact. That's the limiting factor.

Those are great shots. I've love to have some of those on my wall. There are so many great ones that it's hard to pick a favorite, but this one really made me happy.

I was looking through them again, and it should be pointed out that several of those pictures have some decent post processing going on. Several are a combination of multiple pictures take at different levels. I still think they are great, but they aren't just a single picture taken with no modifications (however some are).

^^I was wondering the same thing, about the post processing end of it, but since that's all part of the work flow, they are amazing nonetheless. I'd be interested to find out just how much PP was done on those photos. It may or may not be as much as it seems.

When viewing the pictures click the details tab. Most of the pictures are from 3 exposures that have been pp'd. But to still get pictures as such, with a p&s and pp, shouldn't take away from his work.

Not at all. They are terrific, compelling shots.
