Digged (dug?) 998 I really like those pics, and remember you sharing them here some time ago.

Your web pages and Flikr are going to be over-run soon, someone posted links in the comments!

I think I posted 1 or 2 somewhere (like one of the "Post your desktop" threads) but none in here, IIRC.

Yea my server went down last evening.. sux when you have to call your web provider... and their support sucked... I think I was on hold for a total of about an hour.. finally got fed up and logged on to their chat support, waited about 40 minutes there.. ipowerweb FTL. I guess that's what you get for $7.95 a month

You should be able to sell some of those images for enough $$ to cover a much better service provider. I don't know why we are not seeing your Chicago HDR work on postcards, posters, etc... It's really good!

thx

the thing is, I got srika.com just for fun - I just host random sheit on there, I don't advertise it anywhere and I don't use it for any real purpose. It doesn't even have any real main "page" - it's just mainly for data. I put up this page of Chicago HDR's just as a resource, months ago. I never linked it anywhere other than my (very low user) forum. My main site is delobbo.com that's where I have my music and pic stuff. But yeah the "digg effect" at srika.com is pretty easy to see.. Lol.. I've never seen anywhere near this kind of traffic.

Should've put up an ad or something up in there!

They've posted your flickr and myspace pages in the digg comments section, so you're getting lots of exposure! No pun intended!

ya I dint find out about it until 03/10.. lesson learned. apparently you can post your own links on digg, I think digg might be one of the best 'outlets' for exposure out there atm.

well, ipowerweb said my site was attacked by an external IP and it was consequently shutdown. I will have to take their word for it. I guess it's good to know that it wasn't something on their end. They had to block the IP.

well looks like I just fuxx0rized the SQL admin password. All they had to do was reset it to what it was before, and everything is back to normal. what a relief

I feel like I've seen those photos before, a while ago. Maybe on Digg or interfacelift, but I've definitely seen them before.

Way to go, you're famous

dude I was waiting for the "migration" since 01/23/08 which is when it was "scheduled". Ain't shit happened. I "mentioned" it during the chat (some 2 months later), as an aside to the main issue, and it happened the next day. I think you need to grab the horns. It seems like something you have to do with web providers in general though, in terms of things you *think* should happen "on their own". Such as space and bandwidth increases or price adjustments. At least, with the cheaper consumer programs.
