Just don't chop up the lens. I get dibs.

But seriously, do you see yourself switching bodies any time soon?

No I don't.. the 5d fits my needs quite well. Although its FPS is slow it hasn't limited me. It would be nice if it was faster though, and also I wish it had an sRAW mode. The RAW files are a bit on the big side. It would be so great if Canon could incorporate sRAW into a firmware update...

I don't see myself using sRAW if I had it. I wouldn't want to limit myself to such a small (2.5 mp) pic just like I don't want to limit myself by taking jpegs. What situations do you think you'd use it the most?

Well if they did it on the 5d I would think sRAW would be at what, like 6.3MP or so (if Im understanding the concept correctly). Which for the club stuff, would be just fine. And, I would get the luxury of RAW processing. Which is really helpful in those low light conditions.

I don't know, it's about 1/4 of the mp on the MK3, so it would only be about 3.2 on the 5D if they stuck to the same formula.

I went and looked at the 24-105 today... I really want that lens. Couldn't bring myself to get it yet though, it's just not wide enough. My new plan is to acquire the 10-22 now.
