Well I went and took ALLOT of pictures, and even tried to work out the lighting/metering/fill flash the day before, but overall I don't think I was up to the challenge.
Most of the cars are in the shade under tents, with bright sunlight just outside the tent, so I tried to stick with spot metering for the most part, but some cars were just hard to get right. Also, the positioning of the cars and the tent supports made getting clean shots really hard (combined with a minimum focal length of 28*1.6).
Anyway, there are 100 or so pics in the Kodak Gallery (don't have Flickr Pro yet), but here are just a few...

Imageshack made me shrink these way down, so sorry of they look kinda "reduced".

Seems too be a kick back to the old CR-X, this thing I would bet being based off the Fit motor with some kind of highbred electric shit to make it zoom off the line.

I think thats only the second Honda Z600 Ive ever seen, a friend of mine has one at his shop, the previous owners were honda sepcialists and left one behind. They had about half a dozen S800's too, those cars are cool

Well, I was there so no, you wouldn't look out of place. While truly it as an auction, it is also a car show, and on the first Sunday of the week long event, they have a family day and all kinds of people come to look at the cars, although actually drooling on them may annoy the owners, since truthfully, this is part of the pre-auction inspection period.

Went to Barrett Jackson again this year and took some pictures.
They have totally revamped the setup and it was tougher than usual. The lighting is terrible and there is no room between the ropes and many of the cars so getting unobstructed photos is challenging if not impossible.
Anyway, here's a link to the set on Flickr:
