I just started logging onto this site; and it's pretty cool. Im amazed at some of the photography on these blogs. Kinda motivates me to try it,

Tumblr posts are just reposts of other sites. People post links to flickr photos a lot and other sites.

So you're better off going out to the actual sites maintained by the photographers rather than some teenager that ran across a photo they liked and linked to it... but if you like someone's tumblr because they have a style similar to what you like, it's a good way to get things all in one place - just be sure they credit the original artist/photographer
