I am going to visit some friends at UCLA and also vacation here. I will be staying at a Hotel, the problem is, most state laws require you too be at least 21 to rent a vehicle (unfortunately, making me dependent on other people (friends) which I don't usually like). I was wondering if anyone would like to rent a vehicle too me, or know of any place that would rent to a under 21 year old. Of course if you rent me the vehicle, I will pay you. (Reasonable price)
My driving history is 0 accidents and 1 speeding ticket (4 over the limit ) with full coverage 100k AAA insurance.
