Where are we (CenCal) gonna meet for Acurafest? I know Roger has to be there early in the morning. Maybe wait for the SoCal caravan's cause the NorCal ones are meeting in Madera and they can cut across on hw 145 so they don't have to come to Fresno. Any suggestions?

 

i posted in the afest thread that it would be cool to meet up the caravans and roll up as one big pack but i guess nobody replied to it

 

^lol! We could or we could go early too and help roger out and direct the cars when they coming in. Tell where to park and to restrict the area from other car brands from parking in our area.

 

I agree with Tix on this one. WE should go early and help out where needed. I think Security from the casino will direct the cars where to go. At least that is how we did it in the past when we had big events.

Usually it's just whatever guard is assigned to the duty that day. I'll text you the names of the Day supervisors and you can talk to them about it or if you need me to talk to them I can call them as well.
